This role leads global EHS and PSM programs to ensure regulatory compliance, strong safety culture, and risk‑based safety practices across manufacturing and operations. The position requires 8–10 years of EHS experience, with strong leadership capabilities to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
• Proven ability to lead investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive safety performance.
• Experience managing complex safety programs at site or organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with global and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Partner with site leadership, engineering, and operations to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions; ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety performance metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach, develop, and influence leaders and employees to strengthen safety awareness and accountability.
