Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
• Experience leading complex safety programs at site or organizational level.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with global and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Partner with site leadership, engineering, and operations to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions; ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety performance metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach, develop, and influence leaders and employees to strengthen safety awareness and accountability.
