JD.com seeks a Global Safety & Loss Prevention Manager to safeguard its worldwide warehouse operations. This role leads the development of a standardized safety framework and oversees risk controls across multiple regions.

The candidate will drive compliance, audits, and incident investigations while coordinating with local authorities and global teams to sustain zero‑fault performance and secure inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or international warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk management.
• Experience in auditing, compliance investigations, or risk‑control frameworks.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and communicate effectively.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety System Development: Build a Global Standardized Safety Framework by implementing prevention‑first governance and 36 security policies across 12 domains.
• Loss Control System – End‑to‑End Risk Management: Manage shrinkage prevention through inbound/outbound controls and real‑time monitoring.
• Audit & Compliance Oversight: Perform risk monitoring, audits of procurement, contracts, and construction, and investigations.
• Operational Assurance: Deliver worldwide safety assurance, manage dynamic inventory, and coordinate with governments for 24/7 global support.
