Job summary

DHL Supply Chain, a world‑leading logistics provider, seeks a Security Manager to oversee contract security personnel and ensure 24‑hour protection of people and property at the warehouse location.

Responsibilities include managing security budgets, enforcing procedures, coordinating with law enforcement, and developing emergency response plans to minimize loss and protect assets across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of security personnel and the security vendor relationship.
• Establishes procedures that come under the Security Force and updates manuals when needed.
• Coordinate security for special functions and manage security budgets and billings.
• Inspects facilities for protection from intruders, fire hazards, and vandalism; enforces access control and badge procedures.
• Maintains coordination with local law enforcement and state agencies; administers incident reporting and investigations.
