Job summary

Entegris in Aurora, IL is seeking a Global Technology & Innovation Safety Lead to strengthen RCA, 8D, and lessons learned across the global TI network in order to prevent incidents and build a safety-first culture.

You will own safety metrics, drive cross-site corrective actions, and advance digital and AI-enabled safety improvements while collaborating with EHS, Quality, and operations teams. This role is based at our Aurora, IL facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field with 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience with RCA, 8D, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting safety data and translating into actions.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership level reporting.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and audit ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Standardize RCA, 8D, and lessons learned activities for safety incidents, near misses, and observations across the global TI organization.
• Translate findings into scalable lessons learned and ensure adoption across sites.
• Track and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions globally with clear accountability.
• Own TI safety metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting showing incident trends and leading indicators.
• Define and maintain a global TI safety training and competency matrix for all personnel, contractors, and visitors.
• Promote a safety culture where incident reporting and learning are encouraged and shared.
