Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Global Technology & Innovation Process Lead to advance T&I processes, governance, and capital planning across global sites from our Aurora, IL facility. You’ll own roadmap systems, integrate CAPEX management with strategic plans, and drive data-driven decisions to enable faster, high-quality innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field with 5+ years in an industrial environment.
• Experience with project management or T&I governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership level reporting.
• High attention to detail with a focus on structured execution and data integrity and a demonstrated interest in process improvement and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Own T&I Process and Governance Framework (Structure and Consistency) – Define, standardize, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization that impact the speed of development for technology and NPI projects.
• Own T&I Planning and Roadmapping Systems (Visibility and Alignment) – Own roadmap systems and tools ensuring linkage between strategy, projects, and execution.
• Own CapEx Project Intake and Governance Process (Discipline and Prioritization) – End-to-end CAPEX planning, prioritization, and tracking for T&I infrastructure investments.
• Leverage Digital and Data Driven Process Enablement (Scalability and Efficiency) – Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, and streamline T&I processes and workflows.
• Operate Across a Global, Cross Functional Environment – Central coordination across T&I, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams.
• Partner on Safety Reviews and MOC Processes (Risk Mitigation and Compliance) – Ensure safety reviews and MOC for lab and infrastructure changes.
