Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s with 5+ years leading transformation in safety and risk.
- Managerial experience overseeing teams, programs, or resources.
- Experience aligning safety/risk with enterprise strategy and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global safety and risk strategy across enterprise.
- Lead modernization of safety programs with governance and metrics.
- Champion digital transformation, AI-enabled insights, and dashboards for leadership.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, R&D, and corporate functions to enable faster decision-making.
- Build an integrated safety culture and resilience across the organization.
