MSA Safety is seeking a Senior CI Leader to drive the implementation of continuous improvement and design assurance strategies within our global R&D ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams, align CI with business goals, and advance transformation initiatives that tie strategy to measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in Lean, change management, and global programs, with a focus on data-driven improvements, governance, and sustained performance across engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or CI leadership.
• Champion lean methods and guide CI activities.
• Experience leading global programs and change management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with data-driven CI KPIs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement and design assurance strategies.
• Develop a CI culture aligned with the Global Design Assurance Leader.
• Transform processes and methodologies to support long-term business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and enable growth.
• Establish and maintain global CI standards, tools, and expectations for R&D.
• Manage global initiatives for lean, six sigma, TPM, and structured problem-solving.
