Factory Motor Parts in Minnesota’s Eagan area seeks a Safety and Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead risk management, policy design, and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate international compliance programs and work with site leadership to build an inclusive safety culture.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, plus experience driving audits, training, and licensing renewals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Safety and Regulatory Compliance.
• OSHA and related regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop safety and compliance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage risk by monitoring legislation and updating procedures.
• Lead design and review of safety and regulatory policies and training.
• Establish compliance standards and anticipate trends.
• Oversee International CSA score management.
• Filing regulatory reports and managing licensing renewals.
• Coordinate rollout and training of updated safety policies.
