Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead a Center of Excellence and drive 5-step S&OP across Process Technologies. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align project strategies with business objectives and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will report to the VP Supply Chain – PT and work in a hybrid setting across Charlotte, Houston, or Rosemont locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain planning with 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading 5 step S&OP process for a business.
• Experience delivering complex projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE) for specific functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed team of COE professionals with expertise in multiple value streams; provide leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with senior executives to define and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Shape and manage planning, execution, and delivery of projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Own End-to-End Global Process Ownership for Planning across all Process Technologies (PT).
• Represent and govern in program forums and executive report-outs; escalate process-related issues.
• Lead change adoption and secure buy-in from planning leaders across divisions.
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions have a voice to ensure successful implementations.
