Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Proven track record in leading 5-step S&OP process for a business.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent facilitation skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Deep knowledge of how UOP business works and adaptable to acquisitions.
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE).
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed team of COE professionals with expertise in multiple value streams.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define and execute project strategies.
• Shape and manage planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet quality, budget, and timelines.
• Own end-to-end global planning processes across all PT businesses.
• Represent the SBG in program forums and executive report-outs; be the escalation point for issues.
• Lead change management and secure stakeholder buy-in across divisions.
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions align with best-practice implementations.
