Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead a matrixed COE team driving 5-step S&OP improvements across the Process Technologies unit. Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain planning with 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership to mentor a high-performing team.
• Proven track record leading 5-step S&OP process for a business.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time, within budget and quality targets.
• Strong financial acumen applicable to large-scale programs.
• Excellent facilitation to align cross-functional organizations.
• Knowledge of UOP business and willingness to learn acquisitions.
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE).
• Exceptional problem-solving and quick decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Outstanding communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed COE team of supply chain planning professionals.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to define project strategies.
• Shape and manage planning, execution, and delivery of programs within budget and timelines.
• Own End-to-End Global Process Ownership for Planning across Process Technologies.
• Represent the SBG in forums and governance bodies; escalate issues.
• Lead change adoption and secure buy-in from planning leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions are represented in implementations.
