Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior S&OP Planner to lead AIS Supply Planning. You will own the 13–103 week POR and 0–10 year capacity POR, ensuring demand, supply, power and financial plans stay aligned while driving automation for scalable infrastructure.

You will collaborate across AIS, EC2, S3, EBS and Finance, influence at executive levels, and guide planning systems upgrades to support GenAI and core infrastructure growth. A strong builder mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or network capacity planning or related technical fields.
• 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 5+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path in supply-chain or cloud-infrastructure planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own the global S&OP cycle with monthly/quarterly cadence aligning demand signals to supply and capital plans.
• Deliver a trusted Supply response by reconciling financial plans, growth outlooks, and roadmaps.
• Run executive planning forums and secure leadership alignment across AIS, EC2, S3, EBS, Finance and Energy.
• Architect planning systems and guide software teams in automating demand, supply and scenario planning workflows.
• Build constrained-planning models surfacing risks and levers in power, permitting, or component shortages.
• Measure KPIs and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory turns and capacity-delivery timing.
• Champion digital-transformation sprints to raise planning maturity across AIS.
