Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Capacity Delivery Reliability Planner to lead end-to-end capacity and planning across AWS global infrastructure.

You will drive multi-year strategies and cross-functional SIOP initiatives to optimize demand capture, capacity allocation, and regional build plans. This role requires transforming planning frameworks for scalable cloud operations and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to integrated planning, SIOP/IBP, or operations roles with global scope.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve multi-year cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with growth, sustainability, and risk trends.
• Lead enterprise-wide SIOP transformations that break down silos between engineering, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and infrastructure delivery.
• Translate strategic demand into executable regional build and fulfillment plans, managing infrastructure readiness across supply constraints.
• Orchestrate the execution of plans and handle exceptions across global regions to ensure near-zero disruption.
