Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and roadmaps for Operational Planning across Finance, Tech and Business teams.
• Scale review mechanisms for strategic investments and assess execution risks.
• Oversee execution of planning processes, identify critical paths and drive efficiency.
• Develop metrics and identify improvements to close gaps in plans.
• Communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders and executives for buy-in.
