Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior S&OP Planner within AIS Supply Planning to own the 13-to-103-week server-material POR and the 0-to-10-year data-center capacity POR, aligning demand with supply, power, and capital plans across global data centers.

You will work with executives and software teams to automate planning, develop KPIs, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and capacity delivery, enabling scalable GenAI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 5+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management in supply‑chain or cloud‑infrastructure planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or related quantitative discipline

Responsibilities

• Own the global S&OP cycle and drive end-to-end cadence.
• Deliver a trusted Supply response signal reconciling plans across multiple domains.
• Run executive planning forums and secure leadership alignment.
• Architect planning systems and guide automation for demand, supply, and scenario planning.
• Build constraint-aware planning models to surface risks and levers.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and capacity delivery.
• Sponsor digital transformation to raise planning maturity across AIS.
