Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA, seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead global infrastructure demand and supply planning across AWS regions, overseeing forecasting and capacity plans for data center space and power.

You will drive data-driven recommendations to inform capital expenditures and partner with stakeholders for strategic execution. The role requires strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-changing, high-impact environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand planning for infrastructure capacity and data center space.
• Collaborate with Business Dev and Capacity planning to meet long-term demand.
• Manage capital expenditure approval for data center infrastructure.
• Perform scenario and root-cause analyses to inform capacity decisions.
• Define data requirements and ensure end-to-end data flow for reporting.
