Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own regional planning for AIS supply chain across data centers in the Americas. You will monitor availability, balance inventory across sites, and drive on-time delivery with logistics partners.

You will lead improvements, partner with engineering on automation, and translate data into executive recommendations to influence investments and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Experience across cross-functional teams and coaching junior staff.
• Experience measuring key operational metrics (order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory record defect rate).

Responsibilities

• Monitor hardware availability across the Americas and identify root causes to fix at source.
• Balance inventory positions and drive cross-site rebalancing.
• Own delivery performance and work with logistics partners to improve on-time delivery.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between system and shelves across warehouses and data centers.
• Lead spares readiness for new data centers before first server goes live.
• Drive improvement projects to make planning smarter, faster, and more automated.
• Translate complex supply chain data into clear recommendations for leadership.
