Qualifications

• 5+ years in early career program management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
• Experience designing or supporting rotational/early career programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-leader collaboration.
• Proven project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in a multi-location/global organization.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Governance: Lead design, governance, and improvements of rotational programs.
• Participant Experience & Development: Manage onboarding, orientation, learning curriculum, mentorship, and career development.
• Professional Development, Certification & Exam Readiness: Develop pathways, coordinate certification and exam prep.
• Rotation Planning & Stakeholder Management: Identify assignments and ensure meaningful rotational experiences.
• Talent Assessment and Placement: Facilitate placements and readiness assessments with leaders.
• Program Operations, Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics, manage budgets, timelines, and communications.
• Early Career Community Support: Represent Early Career in Charlotte and support local talent initiatives.
