- 5+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, learning and development, recruiting, human resources, program management, or related field.
- Experience coaching and developing early-career talent through internship, rotational, leadership development, or comparable programs.
- Strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and business teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable talent solutions with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Design meaningful rotation opportunities and onboarding for early career associates.
- Coach and provide feedback and career development throughout rotations.
- Partner with leaders to align development with workforce planning.
- Execute internship programs, rotational assignments, and placement planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
