Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a seasoned Global Rotational Program Manager to design, execute, and improve early career rotational programs globally. You will lead onboarding through final placement, partnering with senior leaders and HR functions to deliver meaningful development opportunities and enterprise talent programs.

You will drive governance, track metrics, manage budgets, and support cross-location collaboration, including the Charlotte office.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in early career program management, talent management, learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success designing, managing, or supporting rotational/analyst/intern programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed org.
  • Experience facilitating talent reviews, calibration discussions, and performance evaluations.
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data, analytics, and emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of rotational programs with standards and metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end participant experience including onboarding, learning curriculum, mentorship, and career development.
  • Develop professional development pathways, credential milestones, and exam prep efforts for participants.
  • Coordinate rotational assignments, transitions, and development objectives across the organization.
  • Facilitate placement discussions and readiness assessments with business leaders on final placements.
  • Develop dashboards and track metrics (retention, mobility, placement outcomes) and manage program communications and budgets.
  • Support the Charlotte office with local early career programming and events.
