Job summary

Capital Group is actively seeking an Early Career Program Manager to develop Capital's next generation of talent. You will serve as the direct manager for associates participating in Capital's Early Career programs, providing coaching, feedback, and career development throughout their rotational experience.

You will partner with business leaders to design meaningful rotation opportunities, oversee associate performance and development, and help facilitate successful long-term placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, learning and development, recruiting, HR, program management or related field.
• Experience coaching and developing early-career talent through internships, rotations, leadership development or similar programs.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders and managers to identify development opportunities and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct manager for associates in Capital's Early Career programs, providing coaching, feedback, and career development during rotations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to design rotation opportunities and placement outcomes.
