Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance seeks a Global Rotational Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of early career rotational programs globally. You will oversee the participant experience from onboarding through final placement, ensuring meaningful development opportunities while supporting enterprise talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in early career program management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success designing, managing, or supporting rotational/analyst/internship/early career programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, calibration discussions, and performance evaluations.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data, reporting, analytics, and emerging technologies to measure program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of rotational programs with clear standards and metrics.
• Manage end-to-end participant experience, onboarding, orientation, learning curriculum, and career development programming.
• Develop and manage professional development pathways, licensing, and exam readiness for participants.
• Coordinate rotational assignments, transitions, objectives, and development across the organization.
• Facilitate placement discussions and monitor participant progress to inform final placements.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking retention, promotions, mobility, engagement, and outcomes.
• Support local and global Early Career activities in the Charlotte office.
