Job summary

xdof is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network from scratch. You will own end-to-end pipelines for securing high-fidelity data across LATAM, SEA, Africa, and other markets, by onboarding local agencies and signing multi-scenario partnerships.

You will lead field operations, vendor relationships, and data-quality controls while optimizing inbound funnels and deploying multi-modal sensing hardware in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing international growth, field operations, or ground execution for tech platforms, IoT, or hardware startups.
• Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing overseas agencies and B2B channel partners.
• Fluency in English; working proficiency or fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
• Solid grasp of Embodied AI and ML data fundamentals (e.g., Teleoperation workflows, Egocentric/First-Person vision) and translating tech data specs into field blueprints.
• Resilient, builder mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity; comfortable traveling frequently in unstructured environments.
• Strong cross-functional capability; experience with funnel management (SQL/Excel) and high-stakes negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close high-value overseas venues; recruit and manage local partners for turnkey multi-scenario access.
• Design and optimize inbound lead funnels; improve websites and lead-capture systems with sales to ensure qualified follow-up.
• Evaluate real-world environments against criteria for embodied AI; own field deployment and calibration of data-collection hardware.
• Establish end-to-end local data pipelines; manage vendor training, SLAs, KPI tracking and data verification.
