Job summary

xdof, Inc. seeks an experienced role to build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network across LATAM, SEA, and Africa.

You will own end-to-end sourcing of high-value venues, sign strategic local agencies, and drive multi-scenario data access for AI training. You will design and optimize inbound funnels with Sales, evaluate real-world environments for data collection, and oversee field deployments, calibration, and operations while maintaining strict standards to prevent data

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of international growth/field operations experience.
• Proven track record with overseas agencies and B2B partners.
• English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
• Knowledge of embodied AI and data for ML workflows.
• Builder mindset with high ambiguity tolerance and frequent travel.
• Strong cross-functional and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Scenario BD & Partnerships: source, negotiate, and close high-value overseas venues; recruit and manage local partners.
• Inbound & Funnel Optimization: optimize lead funnels and improve websites and capture systems in collaboration with Sales.
• Scene Evaluation & Infrastructure Deployment: evaluate environments for AI/robotics training; own field deployment and data-collection hardware calibration.
• Ground Operations & Anti-Fraud Management: manage local data pipelines, vendor training, SLAs, KPIs, and fraud-verification systems.
