Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing roles.
• History of ownership in technical projects without predetermined playbooks.
• Strong production coding experience, particularly with Python.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery for strategic customers.
• Act as the first technical responder for client accounts.
• Close the loop on customer needs to inform pipeline roadmaps.
