FIRST is seeking a Roadshow Coordinator I in New York to support planning and execution of high-profile roadshows with Corporate, Institutional Equity Sales, Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Access teams.

The role focuses on complex, non-deal roadshows with exposure to deal activity, requiring detailed logistics, timely communication, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years’ experience working on complex Roadshows in the Financial industry.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Highly organized – ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively and extensively interact with all levels of senior ranking officers.
• Adaptability to situations and ever changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute roadshows in collaboration with Corporates, Institutional Equity Sales, Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Access teams.
• Build relationships with Corporate management and internal stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendar and coordinating meetings for investors and clients.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual roadshows (hotels, travel, venues, Zoom, calls).
• Reconcile roadshow expenses and source venues with client input.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost effectiveness and differentiate roadshows.
