Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in placement agent platform, private equity firm, investment banking group or alternative asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international GP fundraising roadshows.
• Manage LP meeting scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Liaise with LP offices, GP clients and internal deal teams.
• Maintain and update CRM (DealCloud or equivalent).
• Track meeting confirmations and follow-ups.
• Manage travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transport).
• Prepare detailed roadshow itineraries.
• Coordinate conference participation and investor events.
• Calendar management for senior deal teams.
• Expense reporting, travel booking and logistics support.
• Coordinate internal meetings and materials.
• Ad hoc projects and other work as assigned.
