Our structure allows us to respond quickly to client needs, develop solutions that address complex challenges, avoid the limitations of bureaucracy, and attract talented individuals who are driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact and primary liaison for the Group Head.

  • Manage calendars and schedules, aligning priorities and commitments.

  • Triage a high volume of requests from internal and external parties, ensuring time is utilized effectively and balanced against all priorities.

  • Book complex travel and logistics for both business and personal travel.

  • Manage both professional and limited personal tasks for the Group Head, including scheduling personal appointments and handling occasional errands as needed.

  • Submit expense reports for the Group Head and team members through Oracle.

  • Prepare meeting materials, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Oversee and drive the execution of special projects and initiatives (both professional and personal) on behalf of the Group Head, ensuring timely completion and cross-functional coordination.

Roadshow Coordination Duties

  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent investor roadshows (both virtual and in-person), including scheduling meetings across time zones, coordinating with external clients and internal bankers, and arranging technology, transportation, and accommodations.

  • Create detailed itineraries and ensure real-time communication throughout the duration of each roadshow.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between management teams and institutional investors, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly.

  • Create and distribute detailed itineraries and briefing materials.

  • Serve as the central point of contact throughout each roadshow.

  • Act as a point of contact during roadshows, troubleshooting any issues and adapting quickly to last-minute changes — potentially after hours.

  • Maintain and reconcile deal and roadshow expenses.

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with managers, clients, and peers.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Zoom (meetings and webinars), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.

  • Remain composed under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant / Roadshow Coordinator to support a Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking division and his broader team. This unique hybrid role combines high-level executive support with logistical coordination of investor roadshows.

  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is capable of managing both professional and select personal matters with absolute discretion and poise.

  • Investment banking experience is a must.
