Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Global Road Safety organization seeks a Senior Program Manager to build and lead an industry benchmarking program for on-road safety. You will design methodology, establish data sources, and execute a strategy that measures Amazon's global road safety performance against peers and publicly available data.

You will source and normalize external data, partner with internal safety, operations, and data science teams, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, data science, statistics, public health or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of program management and benchmark/ analytics experience.
• Experience designing benchmarking or comparative research programs and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a global benchmarking program for on-road safety.
• Develop rigorous methodology to compare safety performance across geographies.
• Acquire and normalize external data sources (government data, industry reports, peer disclosures).
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
