Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Americas region within the Workplace Health and Safety - Global Road Safety governance team. You will lead safety risk assessment frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive policy improvements to ensure safe scaling of operations in Americas and global initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in risk management, program leadership, and the ability to present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Travel up to 50%.
Experience in transportation and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead safety risk assessment and management framework development with cross-functional teams.
Document controls testing and risk assessment findings.
Monitor risk management methodologies and pursue process improvements.
Conduct internal training on safety risk management processes and policy reviews.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations to proactively control safety risks.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and escalate where needed.
