Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning for Global Road Safety (GRS) to define and lead the multi-year strategic plan, align safety outcomes with operations and financial goals, and drive executive reporting and high-level decision-making. You will build and mentor a team, partner across functions, and ensure cohesive planning across global road safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive 1-5 year strategic plans for Global Road Safety.
• Translate safety goals into strategic frameworks connected to operations and finances.
• Design planning cadences including OP1/OP2 cycles and quarterly reviews.
• Author executive-level documents (S-team narratives, board updates).
• Synthesize inputs from regional teams into a unified global narrative.
