WEX, Inc. is seeking a Global Risk Operations Program Manager to steward a portfolio of high‑impact initiatives across Collections, Billing, and Treasury Operations.

You will drive strategic planning, governance, and risk mitigation while partnering with senior leaders to protect assets and improve customer experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of experience managing a portfolio of interrelated initiatives within a financial risk operations environment.
• Ability to deconflict resources and timelines across multiple workstreams to ensure delivery of high‑scale financial initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management and visualization software to translate complex workflows into visual artifacts.
• Understanding of compliance and operational risk management to validate SOX, SOC and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document critical initiatives to deliver operational risk targets and customer experience goals.
• Maintain alignment across Mobility, CPS/Travel, and Benefits LOBs with regulatory, financial integrity and operational needs.
• Oversee Capital Funded Initiatives and Product/Technology roadmaps, prioritizing requirements across the enterprise.
• Provide governance over the project portfolio and bridge between technical teams and Risk Operations.
• Report progress, roadblocks, and financial impacts to leadership to minimize meetings and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor issues and risks, drive teams toward closure, escalate only critical items to senior leadership.
