WEX, Inc. is seeking a Global Risk Operations Program Manager to act as the strategic engine behind managing over $100B in annual payments and safeguarding over $10B in client assets.

You will drive initiatives across Collections, Billing, and Treasury Operations, ensuring operational integrity and enabling growth. This high-visibility role requires cross-functional collaboration and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of experience managing a portfolio of interrelated initiatives in financial risk operations.
• Ability to deconflict resources and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in project management and visualization software (Lucidchart/Draw.io).
• Experience with SOX, SOC, and regulatory controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and initiative identification across Global Risk Operations.
• Oversee capital-funded initiatives and technology roadmaps; prioritize and track requirements.
• Provide governance of the project portfolio and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate only the most critical items to executives.
