Job summary

WEX is seeking a Global Risk Operations Program Manager to act as the strategic engine behind a portfolio spanning hundreds of billions in payments and assets. You will oversee initiatives across Collections, Billing, and Treasury Operations, translating complex requirements into actionable programs.

You’ll drive governance, track capital-funded initiatives, and provide leadership with a high-level view of progress, risks, and financial impacts to shield the company’s bottom line and enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of interrelated initiatives within a financial risk operations environment.
• Ability to deconflict resources and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with project management and visualization software (e.g., LucidChart, Draw.io).
• Understanding of compliance and operational risk management (SOX, SOC).
• Strong analytical skills to research and present findings for decision-making.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alignment of Risk Operations across Mobility, CPS/Travel, and Benefits LOBs with regulatory needs.
