WEX, Inc. is seeking a Global Risk Operations Program Manager to steer initiatives across Collections, Billing, and Treasury Operations in a high‑visibility, global financial ecosystem.

You will partner with risk leadership to align regulatory needs with product roadmaps and capital funding, delivering operational integrity and enhanced customer experience. The role demands strong project management, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate across senior leadership, legal, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of interrelated initiatives in a financial risk operations environment.
• Ability to deconflict resources and timelines across multiple workstreams to ensure delivery of high-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management and visualization software (LucidChart, Draw.io) to translate workflows into visuals.
• Understanding of compliance and operational risk management for SOX, SOC, and regulatory control integrity.
• Strong analytical skills to research, analyze, and present findings for decision-making.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development with Risk Operations Leadership to identify initiatives meeting risk targets and CX goals.
• LOB alignment across Mobility, CPS/Travel, and Benefits to match regulatory and operational needs.
• Serve as primary oversight lead for Capital Funded Initiatives and Product/Tech roadmaps.
• Provide governance across the project portfolio, aligning releases with funding objectives.
• Manage and report on projects with a high-level view of progress, blockers, and financial impacts.
• Maintain visibility into issues and risks, driving closure and escalating critical items.
