Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for the Global Travel division in the Americas. This role drives growth, manages executive relationships, and leads commercial strategy for premier accounts in the US and beyond.

You will work with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Finance, Product and Sales to create value, forecast activity and secure trust with senior leaders. Strong Excel/Tableau skills and payments knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in relationship management, supporting enterprise clients.
• MUST have payments industry knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Strong skills in Excel, Tableau Google Suite or equivalent tools.
• Experience in the online travel agency industry is preferred.
• Ability to build and deliver multi-leveled presentations effectively, with strong communication and data story-telling that drives business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, growth and goal delivery for premier Global Travel Accounts in the Americas.
• Collaborate with partners and leadership to create joint value creation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, WEX Bank and related Lines of Business.
• Develop and execute communication, solution, and consultation strategies to grow utilization of WEX solutions globally.
• Maintain current charge volume activity and accurate forecast information.
• Deliver against annual revenue growth plan in support of organizational objectives.
