Responsibilities

• Establish and administer global governance committees across NAM International.
• Develop and maintain asset management risk frameworks.
• Lead risk education and awareness programs.
• Guide strategic initiatives, product design, change management, and business integration efforts.
• Support team initiatives to improve ways of working, operating optimization and drive innovative practices.
• Oversee regional risk support and collaborate with second and third line teams on governance and framework reviews.
• Design and implement risk culture initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff members across US and EU locations.
