Job summary

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $220K - and $240k per year* (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and administer global corporate governance committees across NAM International promoting proactive governance and oversight and aligning approval policies and practices
  • Develop and maintain asset management risk frameworks and procedures; ensure alignment with broader corporate risk standards
  • Lead risk education and awareness programs; promote business engagement and ownership of risk management
  • Provide guidance on strategic initiatives, product design, change management, and business integration efforts
  • Support team initiatives to improve ways of working, operating optimization and drive innovative practices
  • Oversee regional risk support and collaborate with second and third line teams on governance and framework reviews
  • Design and implement risk culture initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor staff members across US and EU locations
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in risk management and governance within the three lines of defense in asset management
  • Deep understanding of global asset management risk frameworks, business control environments, and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record implementing governance structures in complex, multi-jurisdictional organizations
  • Ability to develop and contribute thought leadership in the delivery of risk insights
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
