The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, RGM Product Manager to own the Global RGM product strategy, prioritizing pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions. You will work across Data Science, UX, Architecture, and engineering to deliver an evidence-based decision platform at scale.

Lead discovery with operating units and bottlers, set roadmaps, write requirements, and ensure adoption by commercial teams worldwide. This is a senior, global product leadership role.

Formación

• Deep understanding of Revenue Growth Management concepts across price, promotion and mix.
• Experience turning market discovery into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global RGM suite.
• Lead discovery with users to identify value and gaps in pricing and promotion.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for engineering.
• Prioritize backlogs and defend roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption across markets.
• Collaborate with UX, Data Science, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Govern RGM rules and guardrails within the product to ensure credible recommendations.
