Job summary

MAF International is seeking a Reward & Recognition Manager to design and implement a global reward framework across multiple countries and currencies. The role entails embedding the framework, governance, and international pay methodologies while aligning benefits with local markets and cost-of-living factors.

You will lead a small expert team, collaborate with external specialists, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior global reward experience
• Experience designing international pay frameworks
• COLA methodology and expatriate compensation
• Job evaluation and market benchmarking
• Pay structures and recognition practice
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Compensation certification welcomed
• High integrity and sound judgement
• Ability to communicate reward clearly

Responsibilities

• Embed the approved reward framework across geographies
• Own implementation, monitoring and governance of the framework
• Develop methodology behind international pay
• Set global minimum standards for benefits
• Design recognition approaches with L&OD and People Care
• Contribute to payroll organisation across countries
• Advise leadership up to Board level on reward philosophy
