Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Global Equity & Reward Senior Manager to lead complex, cross-border equity and compensation projects from a fully remote U.S. location.

You will advise multinational clients on design, governance and compliance while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance and Tax teams. The role emphasizes deep expertise in equity compensation, executive rewards and global mobility tax, with responsibilities spanning program design, governance and international project leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong global equity/share plan experience.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction programs.
• Strong understanding of equity taxation and payroll implications.
• Professional qualification such as CEP, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CTA preferred.
• IFRS 2 knowledge highly desirable.
• Experience with equity administration platforms and HRIS integrations.

A rapidly growing global mobility and tax advisory organization is seeking a Global Equity & Reward Senior Manager to join a highly collaborative global team. This position is fully remote within the U.S.

The role is ideal for someone with deep experience across global equity compensation, share plans, executive reward, or global mobility tax who enjoys combining technical expertise with strategic client advisory.

Compensation:

• Bonus: 25–30% based on company and individual performance
