Job summary

RZR Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to architect and scale a global commercial engine.

You will align Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing to accelerate growth, revenue predictability, and customer retention across regions. Reporting to the CRO, you will design territory strategies, incentive models, and forecasting processes, moving RevOps from reactive support to proactive growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership in Revenue Operations or GTM strategy.
• Expert in Performance Marketing, attribution models, and the mobile ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of CRM architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce), Jira, and BI platforms like Tableau or Looker.
• Global experience managing multi-region P&Ls (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a global revenue engine with cross-region pacing.
• Own the Source of Truth for revenue data and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with Marketing and CMO to maximize ROI and lead flow.
• Standardize the GTM tech stack and automate reporting to reduce manual work.
• Develop tiered account planning and retention framework to grow SOW.
