Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Manager of Program Management and Governance to own the Revenue Technology roadmap across CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders. This role establishes governance, aligns cross‑functional teams, and drives strategic initiatives with measurable value.

You will manage executive reporting, risk, and portfolio prioritization, partner with Commercial, IT, Finance, and Procurement, and lead multi‑workstream delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or related roles in large global orgs.
• Proven experience leading multi‑workstream initiatives with senior visibility.
• Experience establishing governance — decision forums, decision rights, and vendor governance.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (Domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Technology strategic roadmap across CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders.
• Lead governance across global implementations and ensure standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracting, and license governance.
• Manage demand intake and integrated roadmaps from concept to delivery.
• Drive execution across multiple initiatives with data enablement.
• Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications.
