Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, consulting, operations, or technology‑focused roles.
• Proven experience leading multi‑workstream initiatives with senior‑level visibility.
• Demonstrated governance establishment experience — decision forums, rights, and vendor governance.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (Domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Technology strategic roadmap across CPQ, CLM, and Bids & Tenders with governance and alignment.
• Lead cross‑functional governance across global implementations with delivery discipline.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and budget/ vendor governance.
• Drive program execution with milestones, risks, and resource management.
• Coordinate Now/Next/Later backlog and cross‑region dependencies for seamless delivery.
• Provide executive reporting on roadmap, trade‑offs, and outcomes.
