Job summary

Yext Inc. in the United States seeks a Director, Revenue Accounting to lead the Revenue, Billing, and Collections teams and collaborate with Revenue Systems, General Ledger, Deal Desk, Legal, and FP&A.

The role manages the month-end close for revenue, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and commissions, owns revenue recognition policies, and drives process improvements within a global team across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total accounting experience with 5+ years in Big-4 and SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• CPA or equivalent designation.
• Proven leadership of global teams.
• Experience with revenue, billing, and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue, Billing, and Collections teams.
• Manage monthly close and related reporting.
• Lead revenue recognition policy and audits.
• Partner with SEC, Investor Relations on disclosures.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Support M&A revenue due diligence and integration.
