Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking a Director of Retirement Practice to lead strategic initiatives across global delivery geographies and expand revenue within the Retirement sector. You will strengthen client relationships, map client needs to capabilities, and drive end-to-end delivery of retirement services.

The role requires deep retirement industry knowledge, executive-level relationship management, and the ability to craft solutions across record-keeping, providers, and offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Retirement industry or related field.
• Deep understanding of retirement record-keeping value chain and related operations.
• Strong leadership, client relationship and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on revenue and gross margin goals through client partnerships and cross-selling of services.
• Build relationships with CxOs and key sponsors; expand accounts and drive adoption of offerings.
• Lead program implementations across multiple global geographies; ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and execute on-account plans; drive revenue growth and KPI performance.
