Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 11+ years in benefits, with international experience.
• Experience with retirement plans, medical, wellbeing, life, AD&D, disability.
• Solid regulatory knowledge; able to analyze benefit practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global retirement strategy for international markets.
• Establish governance for international retirement plans and boards.
• Monitor regulatory trends, benchmarking, and plan competitiveness.
• Ensure plans comply with local laws, tax rules, and regulatory changes.
• Lead risk management across the retirement portfolio and de-risking efforts.
