Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to support retirement programs across Europe, North America, and Puerto Rico. You will administer contributions, reconcile data, and ensure compliant plan operations while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and external vendors.

You will analyze data, produce reports, and drive process improvements to enhance employee financial well-being in a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, retirement and/or benefit plan administration.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plan provisions and regulations to monitor compliance and transaction processing.
• Administer retirement programs with accurate record-keeping and third-party administrator coordination.
• Prepare employee account histories and respond to inquiries from HR, employees, and plan records.
• Monitor data flow across systems, identify issues, and implement improvements with developers.
• Manage participant communication and education for retirement plans.
• Review plan data, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review work data to determine profit sharing eligibility.
• Coordinate enrollment with HR contacts, plan providers, and employees.
• Prepare vesting calculations and plan reconciliations for accuracy.
• Generate monthly/quarterly plan operation and participation reports.
