• 3+ years of analytical, quantitative, finance, accounting, compensation, benefits, or related experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining retirement plan data accuracy, supporting audits, analyzing financial information, and ensuring retirement plan processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, quantitative, finance, accounting, compensation, benefits, or related role
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience administering 401(k) or defined contribution retirement plans
• Knowledge of general investment concepts and ERISA/IRS retirement plan requirements
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Workday
• Experience working with retirement plan recordkeeping platforms
• Experience supporting audits, compliance testing, or financial reconciliations
• Professional certifications such as CEBS, QKA, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR are a plus
